Paul has won 5 times, the POTHEADS love to vote. But looking for a CPAC winner of the White House you have to go back to RR.
I would say this is big for Walker since he didn’t stuff the ballot, and bad news for Jeb who bussed them in to vote for him, cheer for him and he only finish 5th.

CPAC is a joke as the winner is not even a republican let alone a conservative .
They let in libs like Paul RINO’s like Bush.
Sad part is that the druggies and Paul think it actually means something today.

CPAC is not a conservative group, conservative are not for legal pot. this is and has been a libertarian group for many years now, and the Pauls own it.
