Who will be defining whom these "Terrorists" are?

The only ‘terrorists’ that thug Holder recognizes is white middle aged conservative Americans.

This needs to be taken to the Supreme Court - and as soon as possible.

if they can start defining who’s what, that is a game that can be played by more than just them.

As usual, the devil is in the details:

"Under the bill, the attorney general would be able to stop the transfer of a gun or explosive to a “known or suspected” terrorist if it’s possible the person might use the firearm in connection with terrorism. The bill language says the attorney general can stop the transfer if he or she “has a reasonable belief that the prospective transferee may use a firearm in connection with terrorism.”

Based in the DHS "potential terrorist" list from a couple of days ago, everyone here (except the pinko-trolls) would be automatically disqualified from purchases...

Thank goodness we have Constitutional stalwarts leading the House and Senate...No worries.../s

“Real terrorists don’t buy their guns.”

Their guns, ammunition, explosives, flying lessons, are bought for them. Subsidized by our oil imports.
