Obama to ICE: There “will be consequences” for doing your job
Hotair ^ | 02/26/2015 | Jazz Shaw

The President continued his amnesty tour this week with a stop in Florida. His remarks, both to the crowd during his speech and during an interview with MSNBC’s Jose Diaz-Balart, were rife with the usual “blame the GOP” rhetoric and defenses of the amnesty actions he himself declared beyond his constitutional authority. But he was asked by audience members and his media interviewer as well about why some people were still being deported. His answer was revealing.

MR. DIAZ-BALART: But what are the consequences? Because how do you ensure that ICE agents or Border Patrol won’t be deporting people like this? I mean, what are the consequences

THE PRESIDENT: José, look, the bottom line is, is that if somebody is working for ICE and there is a policy and they don’t follow the policy, there are going to be consequences to it. So I can’t speak to a specific problem. What I can talk about is what’s true in the government, generally.

This was no slip of the tongue. During the live Q&A he took a similar question from a woman in the crowd and told her, there are going to be some jurisdictions, and there may be individual ICE officials or Border Patrol, who aren’t paying attention to our new directives. There are going to be consequences.

We just published a link yesterday to the recent DHS mandate which was issued, breaking down illegal aliens into three categories and basically telling officers to ignore the third – and largest – category. But the difference there was that it was buffered with the language of saying, in essence, sure… we’d like to deport them all. But since we can’t you need to use your judgement and just go after the worst of the worst.

This, however, is something new. You could pretty much justify saying that you don’t have enough agents and they should prioritize their work. But even then the memorandum acknowledged that all of them were criminals and should be arrested and deported if only we had the manpower. Obama has now ramped it up to the next level and said that if you do happen to run across any category 3 illegals and you happen to pick them up as well, there will be consequences.

If you do your job, we’re coming to get you. So don’t get any funny ideas about deporting anyone who might possibly qualify for amnesty. If I were working on the Border Patrol, I’d be feeling pretty unmotivated to get out of my truck at this point.

Obama and Secy Jeh Johnson are running DHS as a criminal enterprise. Johnson and Obama have NO authority to nullify federal laws that don't serve their personal agenda.

These govt factotums need to be made to understand that in America the govt conforms to the will of the people---not the other way around.

OBAMA GOVT THREATENS US CITIZENS: DHS Secy Jeh Johnson used his govt office to issue threats that would undermine US ntl security and endanger US citizens----Johnson said if Congress didn’t send President Obama the DHS funding bill that he wanted (rubber-stamping executive amnesty), federal grants allocated to local and state public safety agencies by law would not be delivered –.

=================================================

REFERENCE Sheriff Justin Smith, Larimer County Colorado's Facebook post responded to, what he considers, are "veiled threats" issued from the govt office of DHS' Jeh Johnson to all police chiefs and sheriffs around the country.

MEMO TO L/E UNDER DHS THREATS: Sheriff Justin Smith and nationwide L/E, police chiefs and sheriffs due federal grants need to act now:

The Bank Secrecy Act must be mobilized----to follow the paper trail and determine how DHS govt monies changes hands; to determine the scope and dimension of collusion in sub rosa deals (and who might be personally profiting).

<><> L/E needs to examine DHS and its related agencies' bank accounts.

<><> Joint bank accounts might be used to facilitate the transfer funds from one account to another, and/or wire- transferred offshore;

<><> To cover their tracks, DHS insiders might create fake invoices to show that govt money deposited into accounts was being used for legitimate and constitutional purposes.

<><> Financial schemes scheme might be advanced by issuing phony statements of payments from financial sources that actually covered the transfer of funds for insiders' personal use and/or for redistribution schemes.

===============================================

We demand the immediate defunding of this dangerous organization---the Dept of Homeland Security.

His executive memorandums on using enforcement and prosecutorial discretion in handling illegals involves neither ‘discretion’ nor enforcement. You cannot use ‘discretion’ in either if it is directed on a wholesale basis. No specific individuals have been identified on whom to use this ‘discretion’.

What he has done with this memo is to direct non-enforcement and non-prosecution of valid existing federal law.

It is clearly an impeachable offense and the reason he hasn’t been impeached “indicted” by the House is that it is headed by a no-ball SOB RINO coward.

Obama frequently says there will be consequences and people will be held accountable.

Mostly he says this with regard to international terrorism.

But, then there end up being no consequences and nobody held accountable.

So, it makes me wonder, is this more hot air from Obama? Maybe there will be no consequences because Obama makes empty threats all the time??? Just a thought.

Then what about those who work in IRS and other agencies? What are the consequences for them not following established, official policies? We have seen that they clearly don't.

1) Obama is coercing ICE officials to ignore a Federal judge’s court order.

2) Obama says he won’t be deterred by ‘one federal judge’ on immigration

Judge Hanen should slap him with a contempt charge.

AUDIT DHS---AUDIT DHS--AUDIT DHS--AUDIT DHS---AUDIT DHS--AUDIT DHS

REFERENCE: Homeland Security seeks $41.2 billion budget for 2016
February 4, 2015 6:30 AM By BioPrepWatch Reports

Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson announced a $41.2 billion budget request Monday for the 2016 fiscal year.

The budget would improve the unity of effort at the department, Johnson said, focusing on “harmonizing DHS business processes.” Along with the budget, a new Common Appropriations Structure was also submitted to Congress, which would standardize financial planning, programming and budgets for all DH agencies, Johnson said.

There are five areas the department focuses on each year, and the budget is in alignment with those five missions, Johnson said. The first mission is to prevent terrorism and enhance security in the country by implementing security for the land, air and at sea.

The next mission is to secure and manage the country’s borders, and reduce the number of illegal immigrants and amount of contraband getting into the United States. The third mission includes enforcing and administering immigration laws and providing safe and secure detention of illegal immigrants in federal custody if they are a flight risk or a public safety concern.

The fourth mission deals with safeguarding and securing cyberspace, which impacts economic security. The 2016 budget would invest in technology and staff to reduce cybercrime and improve the security of federal network defenses.

The fifth mission, Johnson said, is to strengthen national preparedness and resilience so the country can prepare and respond to any type of disaster. <> Johnson said before Congress approves any funding for the next fiscal year lawmakers should approve funding for the current year.

“The President’s FY 2016 Budget provides the resources necessary for the Department of Homeland Security to further strengthen our efforts to fulfill our wide-ranging missions, while also being agile and vigilant in the face of ever-evolving threats and recent world events,” Johnson said. “But prior to acting on the FY 2016 Budget, I urge Congress to fully fund DHS for the rest of this fiscal year, as the current continuing resolution is disruptive, creates uncertainty, and impedes efficient resource planning and execution.”

This is why we have an ever-growing wave of illegals pouring in every year. Every year is a new record and STILL, OZero continues decreasing the number of border guards and refusing to deport people.
