Both the corrupt, RINO-controlled Congress and FCC chair are wrongly igonring the first numbered clauses in the Constitution, Sections 1-3 of Article I, evidently a good place to hide the clauses from Congress and the FCC (EPA, ect.).

More specifically, the Founding States had made the referenced clauses to clarify that all federal / regulatory powers are vested in the elected members of Congress, not in the executive or judicial branches, or in non-elected bureaucrats like those running the FCC.

So Congress has a constitutional monopoly on federal legislative powers whether it wants it or not. And by delegating federal legislative / regulatory powers to non-elected bureaucrats, Congress is wrongly protecting federal legislative powers from the wrath of the voters in blatant defiance of Sections 1-3 mentioned above.

I didn't know that a FEDGovernement official had the ability to refuse to testify.
That is why Congress has a 'Sargent-at-Arms' position, to compell appearance for Congressional testimony .
