The Justice Department announced Tuesday it will not file federal civil rights charges against George Zimmerman, the Florida man who was acquitted last year of second-degree murder for shooting Trayvon Martin, an unarmed black teenager.

English Translation: No matter how hard we tried, we could not figure out any way to prosecute an Hispanic for shooting a black thug who was beating him to death on a sidewak.
Like teaching feral yoots to stop abusing drugs and preying on others?!?
I never understand why isolated cases like Trayvon or Michael Brown bring out wailing about black men being gunned down and all that, when the same protesters about these cases have nothing to say about the black youth gangs who have laid waste to parts of many major cities. And these black gangs mostly shoot and kill other black men.
From media coverage, you would swear that the biggest threat to black men is a white Hispanic neighborhood watch man with a gun, or a white policeman with a gun. When in fact, the biggest threat to black men is other black men with guns.
***this young mans premature death necessitates that we continue the dialogue and be unafraid of confronting the issues***
WHAT DIALOGUE?? These racist blacks don’t want, and will never allow ANY dialogue.
Its just screaming, howling and gnashing of teeth every time an adult points out the truth to them.
Zimmerman is black. He has a black grandparent. Obama doesn’t even have that.
In other news, Nancy Grace, snarling attack dog on HLN Network, keeled over in apoplexy upon hearing this little tidbit.
Now they have to give him his gun back!
I would auction that puppy off to the highest bidder with a minimum starting bid of $5,000.
The “issues and tensions” can’t avoid the REALITY of the violent black man. Blacks commit murder at a rate of more that 7 times, others.
Too bad Obama has totally avoided using his influence to address this.
Trayvon was a young thug who picked the wrong guy at the wrong place to try to beat up or worse. (Same for Michael Brown)
George Zimmerman was quickly chosen as a poster boy for racism based on his name. The Race Grievance Industry thought that a white Jew shot a black and quickly mobilized to capitalize on it. By the time the media mentioned that Zimmerman was an Hispanic it was too late to retreat.
If his name had been Jose Zapata instead of George Zimmerman no one would have ever heard of him or Trayvon Martin.
I sincerely hope and pray that George Zimmerman can get his life back on track.
What you talkin bout Willis?
Ummmm....you ought to re-think that.
You are probably correct.....
Once Zimmerman was acquitted of second-degree murder by a state jury in July 2013, Martin's family turned to the federal investigation in hopes that he would be held accountable for the shooting.
Not a little bit biased there? Definitely implies Zimmerman murdered Martin, there was no legitimate basis for the verdict, and DOJ should have gone ahead and tried to indict Zimmerman.
Heck, to begin with they thought Zimmerman was a real full-blooded racist Kraut (remember the infamous “Zimmerman telegram” that finally got us into WWI), as in Nazi, then they had to go down to “white Jew,” and, finally, “white Hispanic.” Now they’re left to lie on the ground, chewing the carpets, and foaming at the mouth.
The problem has been the focus on irrelevant arguments some of which are actually unsupported by the evidence.
1. George Zimmerman (GZ) racially profiled Trayvon Martin (TM) There is no evidence of this.
2. GZ disobeyed an order by the police * The civilian dispatcher, Sean Noffke, testified that he did not give GZ an order and, in fact, he, like his fellow dispatchers, are trained not make comments that sound like commands. * Noffke also testified under cross that, as a result of his asking GZ which way TM was going, GZ could have reasonably interpreted this as being asked to follow Martin. * It is also not a crime in Florida to disregard a comment made by a civilian dispatcher.
3. GZ got out of his car Not a crime on public property and not negligent either.
4. GZ followed TM Again, anyone can follow anyone on a public street unless the followee has obtained a restraining order against the follower and even there, the RS only places time, place, and manner restrictions on the person enjoined.
5. GZ wasnt really injured * Under Floridas self-defense laws, one doesnt have to be injured AT ALL to use deadly force * No one is required to refrain from defending himself while another is engaged in or attempting to commit a felony.
6. TM is dead through no fault of his own * If you believe that TM assaulted GZ, then he IS dead as a result of his own actions.
7. GZ could have left * Under Florida law, there is not a duty to withdraw rather than use deadly force * TM was straddling GZ so how the latter was supposed to leave the scene is unanswered.
8. GZ was armed and TM wasnt * Ones fists can be considered weapons and can result in severe bodily harm or death. * GZ was legally carrying a weapon * There is no requirement under the law that the same weapon be used by the assailant * A homeowner can kill an intruder whether or not he has been threatened * Those that attack cannot feign surprise if they are met with superior firepower.
9. Stand Your Ground! * SYG is NOT at issue in this trial. * The defense is a classic self-defense case.
10. Black men NEVER get to use SYG! * Wrong http://tinyurl.com/nboht35
11. GZ is a man and TM was a boy! * As if boys dont commit murder, rape, and assault everyday in this country.

Ok where will the riots be...
I never watched any of Nancy’s opining on Zimmerman. Did she think he should have been punished for defending himself?
Well, you’ve hit the proverbial nail on the head.
