The boy who played the young Forrest Gump in the multi-Oscar award winning movie is all grown up. But he didnt stay in the acting game after his most famous role. He joined the Army.

the movie was, more or less, a parade of modern history following a single character (the conservative in the movie... low IQ of course) and the effects of that life on those he interacts with.

I saw the movie with someone who had a retarded daughter. I had to drive us home since they were so shaken by the movie.

Forest Gump was a framing device for a new technology that allowed the editing of older, historic video with modern day additions.
