If I'm ever on a jury that hears a “hate crime” case I'm gonna vote “not guilty” on any such charge.That's because I'm unalterably opposed to the basic concept.But during that trial I'll listen very carefully to the evidence presented by *both* sides regardless of the race/religion/ethnicity/gender/sexual “orientation” of the defendant *or* the victim(s).

I am also opposed to the idea of hate crimes as well.

The whole concept of a hate crime is stupid, crime is crime and all this hate crime law does is make certain people more protected than others.

Homosexuals, blacks, muslims, illegals, Hispanics etc are all protected while white Christians are targeted and not a frigging peep from this racist DOJ. Yea I’m sure Holder will come riding in and look into civil rights being denied, oh wait .
