I write this after thinking of the lessons that I received when I was in high school (during the Carter Administration and the Iranian Hostage ordeal). I learned about the Ottoman empire, but the notion that it was Islam spread by the sword was never emphasized.

To the contrary, he actively supports Islam, promotes it, encourages it, speaks highly of it, tells lies about how muslims were a force in America's founding, overtly changed NASA's mission to find ways Islam has contributed to our society, claims America is mainly a muslim country, says the sweetest sound he's ever heard if the Islamic call to prayer, claims he will stand with muslims if he has to chose, brings them into the White House, defends their misdeeds, , etc, etc, etc.
And at the same time he denigrates Christians, puts then down by talking about them clinging to their Bibles, tries to make a moral equivalence between Islamic terrorists and Christians by claiming Christians were just as bad as ISIS terrorists during the Crusades almost a 1,000 years ago, during of all places, the National Prayer Breakfast.
Obama is de facto Muslim and the sooner we acknowledge this, the easier it will for us to understand why this interloper is not on our side, but on our enemies' side.

I dare say it, but in many countries, with the Congress not standing up for itself or the country, the rule of law or the Constitution, a military coup would be in order. Sounds much like a solution a third-world banana republic in South America would take in such a situation. But Obama himself has taken measures by design to prevent such an occurrence from happening. I think Hussein has made a military uprising almost impossible now because he has cleansed the ranks of generals and high-ranking officers of anybody who doesn't agree with his perverted view of the military and America, his conversion of the military into one big gay bathhouse, the left's political correctness scheme or the liberal's climate change scam. He has single-handedly diminished the greatest fighting powerhouse on the planet, the US military.
In general, recent polls of the military, show their approval of the Community Disorganizer-in-Chief is through the floor. They are disgusted with him and his "rules for disengagement". Morale is low, soldiers can't fire their weapons without first getting permission from the One on high and if they dare do fire a weapon at the enemy, they are more likely to be charged with some sort of crime by Barry and his gang of woosies for doing their job.
The troops are angry at his trading five Taliban terrorist commanders for a deserter, who fellow soldiers hate. He announces his strategy for retaking Mosul in Iraq this past week and simultaneously tells the enemy there will be no boots on the ground offensive and we won't be engaged but for a short period of time. Who, with any military sense, does crap like this? Probably that bimbo Susan Rice, who has been reported lately as having micromanaged the military commanders jobs blow by blow.
So while I think the military in general does not like Bathhouse Barry and his ideology, they have been denuded so much that I don't think they have the "balls" anymore to kick him out and take over the government.
