Today’s big political fight is about whether the President of the United States loves the United States. Oh, joy.
You would think this would be fairly uncontroversial, except that Rudy Giuliani contended it this week, and now every Republican is being asked the same question.
Some have avoided answering entirely, Bobby Jindal said the “gist” of it was good, but now one potential 2016 candidate is on record saying of course the president loves America. That candidate is Marco Rubio.
Rubio was asked what he thinks about the controversy. And first off, he made it clear it bugs him that Republicans are always asked to answer for one of their own, but “Democrats aren’t asked to answer every time Joe Biden says something embarrassing.”
That being said, Rubio said unequivocally, “I believe the president loves America. His ideas are bad.”
Aaaand there’s the distinction we were looking for. Can we end this debate now?
The correct answer is “who the hell knows?”
Meaningless,, Hitler loved Germany. .
Democrats protect their own; Republicans don’t.
Exhibit A: Marco “The Rube” Rubio
Rubio has just revealed himself as a man totally devoid of courage, character, and intellectual honesty.
Rubio didn’t have to say anything.
Instead, he rushes to the defense of the Illegal Alien in Chief.
Rubio has just disqualified himself completely from consideration of our votes.
Bless Rudy for not backing down one iota from his remarks. He’s the first public figure I can remember who hasn’t stumbled all over trying to get out from under some politically incorrect remarks. Everything he said is absolutely 100% true.. And Rubio is wrong!
You know why we lost our Republic?
Because people are distracted by stupid child’s play like this!
The government is raping us at the airport, confiscating more & more of our $$$, blowing down our doors and shooting our pets, taking over our health care, & nationalizing the internet . But that’s just trivia.
On second thought, it’s all over. So we might as well engage in this stuff. Keeps the rubes busy!

Potential candidates need to be smart enough to avoid media traps. The fields for Republicans are littered with them. Look back at 2012 and all of the ‘shiny objects’ the media dangled and look at how the Pubbie wannabes got distracted.

Note how Walker responded to the evolution question. It turned into a one-day headliner, because he did not fall for the media bait.
Obama is communist and Muslim Brotherhood. “Love for America” isn’t in his vocabulary.
But yeah, if you hadn't already wrecked your chances, why would you feel the need to open your big mouth? What does it hurt you to let Rudy's comments stand without rebuttal?
How does he know did the person who shall not be named tell Rubio he loved America?
Rubio isn’t going anywhere. Go ahead and waste your money GOPe.
Wrong answer. The correct answer is “How the Hell do I know? Go ask Obama if he loves America!”.
Marco Rubio is an immature little suck up who never should have been elected to the US Senate.
That rules out 2016 for Rubio.
America has more golf courses, per capita...and he got a private jet.
With him, it’s not what he can do for the country, it’s what the country can do for him.
If he loves America so much why does he want to change it?

'Man, what is it with Joe Biden pawing women at confirmation ceremonies. Does that creep you out?'
"Have you reported on Bill Clinton's connections to billionaire pedophile Jeffrey Epstein?'
We have another ObamaCare debacle, the IRS has sent out the wrong tax information to 600,000 Americans.'
There's no end of answers to give, but to give in is politically stupid. Not as stupid as making an immigration deal with Schmuckie Schumer, but getting there.
