An Oakland man was arrested on suspicion of felony animal cruelty for allegedly burning a dog alive in a crate that he dumped on a Sacramento street, officials said Friday.

Animal cruelty IS a precursor to human cruelty. Left unpunished this savage will hurt someone/something in future. BOOK IT.
Douse him with lighter fluid and toss a match on him. Let’s see how he likes it. There will be NO loss to society. In fact, think of all the money that will be saved not having to feed him, pay for any rehab or other services, etc. He is a vicious psycho punk who had to burn a puppy alive to feel like a man. If you don’t have the lighter fluid, troll him behind a boat off the coast, for shark snax.
He was just practicing for later. I hope he gets his before he gets the chance to do it again.

I would say the primary reason is because God instructed us to take good care of animals. (Proverbs 12:10).
Just my experience from reading similar Threads in the past.
Other than that, I’ve decided not to get in the middle of it. Just stating what has happened in the past.
