I think we can expect Russian attacks into Ukraine from Transnistria soon. Russia pretty much did the same thing to Moldova as Ukraine and Georgia.

I noticed an odd coincidence. A few weeks ago, ethnic Hungarians who were being drafted into the Kiev military were protesting, and the Hungarian government was taking up the issue. Soon after, the Ukranian military collapsed after the ceasefire and the Ukranian troops left. Then Putin made a trip to Hungary soon after.

First point, after world war one parts of Hungary were ripped away and given to Romania, so I guess you might say that Romania is a threat to the EU. Second point, It seems to me that all threats from that part of Europe started in Austria.
