Senate Bill 175 was introduced by Senator Michael Roberson, which creates reciprocity with other state concealed carry permits, and would repeal the handgun registration requirements of Clark County.
It also strengthens state preemption, of gun laws, by allowing those adversely affected by local ordinances to file suit. Theres a provision making it illegal, for anyone convicted of domestic violence, from possessing a firearm.

Now, if someone in the NV legislature could come up with something that would basically nullify the bloomberg/mommies/margabbykellygiffords pushed background check initiative that will be on the 2016 ballot. It WILL be sold as putting an end to criminals from ever, ever, ever getting a gun and that it will put an end to ALL domestic violence. And the IPOS/SPOS will buy the pitch lock, stock and barrel. Come on Nevadans, step up to put a stop to this load of crap.

Come on Nevadans, step up to put a stop to this load of crap. Unfortunately, Gruber was right, or the initiative wouldn't have gotten more than enough signatures. I expect the lemmings will go over the same cliff in 2016, while the NRA twiddles it's thumbs, as they did with Washington's I-594.

I can almost hear the truckloads of cash from the bloomberg stash loading up already. Lies and distortions will prevail if we aren’t very vigilant.

As always with NV the left dominated Las Vegas tends to garner more votes probably due to both the Unions and the Hispanic population there.

Yup. And, what chance is there that the decrepit hairy screed will get back in for another term. Purty darn good. Sometimes I wonder how these folks keep livin’ on empty promises. Typical IPOS/SPOS abound in the high population centers.
