HSBC whistleblower spills Lynch evidence to Senate (Massive drug, terrorism scandal)

NEW YORK – The Senate Judiciary Committee on Wednesday conducted a two-hour session with HSBC whistleblower John Cruz in its investigation of attorney general nominee Loretta Lynch’s role in the Obama administration’s decision not to prosecute the banking giant for laundering funds for Mexican drug cartels and Middle Eastern terrorists, WND sources have confirmed.

WND was first to report in a series of articles beginning in 2012 charges by Cruz, a former HSBC vice president and relationship manager, based on his more than 1,000 pages of evidence and secret audio recordings.

The staff of the Senate Judiciary Committee focused Wednesday on Cruz’s allegations, first reported by WND Feb. 6, that Lynch, acting then in her capacity as the U.S. attorney for the Eastern District of New York, engaged in a Department of Justice cover-up. Obama’s attorney general nominee allowed HSBC to enter into a “deferred prosecution” settlement in which the bank agreed to pay a $1.9 billion fine and admit “willful criminal conduct” in exchange for dropping criminal investigations and prosecutions of HSBC directors or employees.

On Feb. 12, the Senate Judiciary Committee announced Chairman Sen. Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, had decided to postpone the Senate vote on Lynch’s confirmation until the last week of February, when Congress returns from the Presidents Day recess. The decision is widely attributed to allowing Vitter and the Senate Judiciary Committee staff time to pursue the allegations concerning Lynch’s role in the HSBC scandal.

Does anyone think the Republicans will de-rail her nomination? Just more hearings and talk but no action. That’s their modus operandi.

The fix is already in.

It should be no surprise that the Obama regime is involved with narco-terrorists, as the regime has sided with enemies of the USA and our (former allies) every chance he gets.

Narco-terrorists ?

This is HSBC.

Every administration is involved with the top banks.

It’s amazing to me how we keep concentrating on Obama.

It’s like no one else in Washington does anything wrong.

It’s all Obama’s fault.

It’s the Republican party equivalent of Bush’s fault.

Meanwhile...

ALL of them are in on the SAME THING.

Talk about mixed feelings. This could mean we get to keep Holder for awhile.

I cannot take issue with any of your statements.

When a majority of Republicans take a stand on principle (not counting show votes), I’m the most surprised guy in the room. Grateful, but surprised.

Anyone here remember when former Senator from Texas John Tower was denied confirmation as SECDEF by his erstwhile buddies because he liked liquor and the ladies?

They are big on talk, bluster and posturing but small on producing results. We’re tired of the same old GOP show and theatrics. Its time we see some action and accomplishments. We won’t cheer for them until they move the ball downfield and score some points.

On the surface of it, things do not look encouraging for the people who have loved America and depended on this form of government. But I cling to hope. I've seen things change direction toward the good before.

Remember the story- that the Obama administration cut a deal with the Sinaloa drug cartel.
Structured so that arms (Fast and Furious) would flow to the cartel and in return the cartel would use selective banks (HSBC) to launder the money for a “fee” ... and in return Sinaloa would get exclusive USA distribution “rights” and have HQ in Houston and Chicago...
the cover story was that the Sinaloa leadership was ratting out the competition and the strategy was to let them dominate and then take them out ... really?
Now the HSBC laundry story surfaces and Lynch (Holder and his wife’s best friend) yeah the Eric Fast and Furious Holder one...
1=1=2

This is absolutely scary how corrupt the government has become under Obama’s henchmen.
