“Just need to have unvaccinated children determined to be disability.”
That’s your solution? Game the system like the welfare frauds who claim disabilities falsely?
“It’s well documented that politicians and other elites have their own, adjuvant-free vaccines.”
Where’s the documentation?
Welfare and educational disabilities are miles apart.
The ED Section 504 regulation defines a person with a disability as any person who: (i) has a physical or mental impairment which substantially limits one or more major life activities, (ii) has a record of such an impairment, or (iii) is regarded as having such an impairment. 3
I submit that a child barred from school because of a physical attribute— unvaccinated -— impairs a major life activity namely attending school. The school then need s to accomodate them.
A child that is not vaccinated is not an “educational disability”. So what were you really suggesting?
It sounds to me like you were suggesting if they can get themselves declared disabled, whether they were or not, the state could be forced to provide them with a public education, even if they refused vaccinations.
Ah, so I was right. You are advocating that they claim a disability where none exists, to defraud the taxpayers, just like the welfare frauds.
Not being vaccinated is a choice, not a disability, and furthermore, it is an insult to people with real disabilities to try and make that equivalency.
I’m sugessting they already meet the definition. Pregnancy is also a choice and a pregnant girl has right to education under same law.
“(i) has a physical or mental impairment ——
The operative word is “impairment”,not “attribute”
.
That is an interesting way to look at it. Probably one of the reasons the Pro-Vax people are worried.
If, just if enough people begin to question the benefits versus the risks of the immunizations and they lose their captive audience it could really hit them in the pocketbook. Especially when the CDC is implicated in covering up the link that they found to autism and the MMR vaccination.
Yes. The only alternative is to allow shyster lawyers to destroy the vaccine industry. They were pretty close to doing that in the early 80's.
not surprising at all. Most vaccines are more risky than the disease they prevent, especially nowadays in the west where overall health is very good. The reason why vaccines work well is because many people take them and the herd immunity increases at the expense of more risk for everyone who takes them. I'm not sure herd immunity even matters for tetanus, so that shot should be entirely an individual decision based on your actual health (warding off tetanus should be exposed) along with your actual risk of exposure.
Ah, you are talking about influenza vaccines. Most influenza vaccines don’t contain adjuvants, and none of the ones normally marketed in the U.S. have adjuvants. So they are not hording some special vaccines to keep them from you.
No, they don’t meet the definition, which specifies a physical or mental impairment. The only impairment to them attending school is a legal impairment.
“The only alternative is to allow shyster lawyers to destroy the vaccine industry.”
I don’t think some of the anti-vax crowd see that as a bad outcome.
Yes, in most cases the individual risk is far greater than the benefit. Taking MMR vaccine gives you about a 1 in a million chance of dying. Not taking the MMR vaccine gives you a lot less than a 1 in a million chance of getting mumps or measles or rubella here in the US. Even if you get one of those three your chance of dying is a lot less than 1 in 1000.
So a 1 in 1 million risk of death, a couple times greater for other serious complications versus a 1 in a billion chance of death with about the same couple times greater for complications. Nobody would choose the vaccine given those odds.
But the reason the odds of getting measles, mumps or rubella is so low is because virtually everyone has been immunized.
They would never knowingly give the sheeple something that wasn’t completely safe, right? Sarc off
They- CDC have known there are problems with the vaccines for a long time, From the Simpsonwood Conference http://www.aapsonline.org/vaccines/cdcfdaexperts.htm
[The CDC published a study in late 2003, repudiating any possible link between thimerosal and developmental problems such as autism, but the CDC did have data supporting such a link which it secretively kept from the public.
Documents released through the Freedom of Information Act detail the transcript of a meeting held in June of 2000 between members of the CDC, the FDA, and representatives from the vaccine industry.
This top secret meeting was held to discuss a study done by Dr. Thomas Verstraeten and his co-workers using Vaccine Safety Datalink data as a project collaboration between the CDC’s National Immunization Program (NIP) and four HMOs. The study examined the records of 110,000 children.”
Very interesting report/comments from the participants including this one,
Dr. Johnson, pg. 198: “This association leads me to favor a recommendation that infants up to two years old not be immunized with Thimerosal containing vaccines if suitable alternative preparations are available.
My gut feeling? It worries me enough. Forgive this personal comment, but I got called out at eight o’clock for an emergency call and my daughter-in-law delivered a son by C-section. Our first male in the line of the next generation, and I do not want that grandson to get a Thimerosal containing vaccine until we know better what is going on. It will probably take a long time. In the meantime, and I know there are probably implications for this internationally, but in the meantime I think I want that grandson to only be given Thimerosal-free vaccines.”
I think the autism epidemic is more complicated than just one cause. I think all the crap that is added in processed food affects the parent’s body chemistry and then add in shots and highly processed formula etc. and you have a recipe for some bad health problems.
Thanks loads....that link has a lot to get through. I’ll read it tomorrow as I’m hanging it up right now... Thanks again. Looks very, very interesting. The “vaccinated vs unvaccinated” caught my eye right away... That’s a study that’s been needed for a long, long time.
Thank you. More to read but that’s good.
