Someone on a previous FR thread suggested midnight basketball as another possibility for the troubled young men of ISIS. If we all put our heads together, I think it’s possible to come up with positive, pro-active, non-violent solutions. (Did I get the buzz words right?)

I think we need to get all of our ducks in a row and reach out to the various stakeholders in order to leverage core capabilities, exploit synergies, and establish a path forward that ensures we are all singing from the same sheet of music.
