This story has no proof. It is a fictional account by a “never been heard of publication”.Totally unsubstantiated. I assure you this would have leaked.
It may be a cover for hillary’s buy back of stinger missles in Bengahzi ( That didn’t work).I am quite sure that they have planted this balogny knowing that hillaries giving stingers to isis in the struggle with qudaffi will soon be exposed. She will say “ But Bush did it!!!”, If you think that Bush ( who was desperate to find chemical weapons), would not have announced this to the world your very naieve. Never believe the NYT.

There were no weapons of mass destruction in Iraq. History is clear. The debate is over!

If the purchase by the CIA occurred in 2005/06, then the WMDs
must have been moved in to the country AFTER Bush "lied us in to war"...

The Democrats told us so...as did the MSM.
President Bush said it himself: "The main reason we went into Iraq was weapons of mass destruction. Turns out they didn't have any."

The Bush Admin was CATASTROPHICALLY STUPID when it came to media relations and communicating with the public. LOTS of chemical agent weapons were found in Iraq and the Bush Admin was almost totally mute on the subject. Meanwhile they ALLOWED the media to constantly call them liars. STUPID beyond comprehension.
Sadly, because of this, the “Bush lied” meme is now ‘established historical fact’ as far as the Left and the MSM are concerned.

From this link...
Iraq's nuclear weapons program.
Post 2003 Developments Since the overthrow of Saddam Husseins regime in 2003, Iraq has signed the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty (CTBT). Iraqs Ministry of Science and Technology has worked with the multinational Iraq Nuclear Facility Dismantlement and Disposal Project established by the United States Department of State to remove the countrys remaining nuclear infrastructure. Since 2003, the Iraqi government has adhered to non-proliferation policies. In 2008, the United States removed approximately 600 tons of yellowcake uranium from Tuwaitha. The uranium removed was the last significant uranium stockpile in Iraq.

Doesn't seem so fictional this morning.

Of course that was all for making glow in the dark watches. Hussein didn't have a nuclear weapons program. /s
