If America had used this type of thinking, during WWII we’d all be speaking German or Japanese. The way to win a war is to kill as many of the “soldiers” as possible and even some of the collateral individuals. This pussy footing around about the collateral damage doesn’t win anything. Let the soldiers talk and keep the state department doing what they’re supposed to do.....like issuing visas, vetting individuals they allow in our country.
You are correct. Obama and his Gen’s have tied our military’s hands so tight an Infantry LT does not dare shoot at anyone until shot at. Then they have a list of BS to go through before calling in Arty or CAS I can tell you no one told me what, when, or how to kill the VC and NVA. I used everything we had and never had any Arty FO with me as every Infantry officer and SF NCO knows how to call in arty, air, gunships, etc. I had TAC Air for almost six hours one day. I would not lead troops or command under Obama.
