San Francisco's African American population has declined in recent decades, from 13.4% of the population in 1970 to 6.1%.

“There are black people in San Francisco??? I’m shocked too. I thought the entire population was full of fags.”......

“Fags come in all colors, why do you think they use a “rainbow” as their calling card?

When I first started in the biz 8 years ago, Hollywood HS had minimum 5 white students. Now the entire school is full of mexicans. Where do the white families send their kids to? Private and charter schools. No sane person would white parent would send their kid to a school where you are literally the minority.

Curious if the unemployment rate - the REAL unemployment rate - corresponds with arrest rates
The article deals with students, so theoretically the unemployment rate shouldn't be a factor.
But all the liberal apologists will still use the excuse that poverty is the cause of everything ... even gloBULL warming.

I think SF is trying to throw a Bell Curve ball.

The thesis of The Bell Curve was that we were causing average black IQs to drop by subsidizing the most worthless and stupid to produce hordes of ignorant ill-mannered bastards they neither care for nor care about - which we are.

The real answer is that there are few white families having children (and this has been a trend for decades); this country is changing much faster than the government wants people to realize as older whites die off and our schools are filled with various non-white “replacement Americans” trafficked here to keep the schools open and housing occupied.

We were told Hispanics would surpass blacks in numbers by 2010, then after the 2000 census were told it already happened. I say the same will happen for whites by 2020. Don’t believe that whites are having children “elsewhere”; they aren’t.
