Presumably ISIS organised this? What a weird comparison, wearing orange jumpsuits in a cage (both trademarks of ISIS) & protesting against forces loyal to Assad!
It wouldn’t prompt me to have any sympathy for ISIS just by looking at that photo. Actually my reaction would be the opposite.
