Millions of immigrants benefiting from President Barack Obama's executive actions could get a windfall from the IRS, a reversal of fortune after years of paying taxes to help fund government programs they were banned from receiving.
Armed with new Social Security numbers, many of these immigrants who were living in the U.S. illegally will now be able to claim up to four years' worth of tax credits designed to benefit the working poor. For big families, that's a maximum of nearly $24,000, as long as they can document their earnings during those years.
Some Republicans are labeling the payments "amnesty bonuses," one more reason they oppose Obama's program shielding millions of immigrants from deportation....

Am I the only guy who believes this current turmoil has been orchestrated by Obama and his flunkies to serve as YET ANOTHER racially charged diversion to the DOZENS of ongoing Obama scandals, the recent immigration mess and the building crisis in the Middle East. Obama is well on the way to marginalizing the white population here with millions of new minority citizens who will soon become the new majority (and predominately welfare “beneficiaries” and DEMOCRAT VOTERS).

America lost its mind. It then elected a MADMAN as POTUS!
As much as possible. Exactly what government programs were they banned from using? Their children went to our schools, they got health care, used banks, in state tuition or lower for college, WIC, welfare, section 9 housing, unemployment and with no question asked taxpayer ID from the IRS they were already getting refunds they weren't entitled to. Criminey these leaches actually get more taxpayer funded benefits than American Citizens and legal residents.
By passing the Domecratic vote-winning but constitutionally indefensible Stimulus and Obamacare program bills, Obama’s first Democratic-controlled Congress criminally defeated the purpose of the Founding States' “power of the purse” clause, the Constitution’s Clause 1 of Section 7 of Article I, that clause giving the House the power to stop funding for unpopular spending programs.
The benefit to Democrats of passing these spending programs is that lawless Obama can fund his constitutionally indefensible projects with worrying about Congress cutting off funds for them.
And while Congress can arguably still stop Obama’s spending programs with legislation, I don’t see the RINO-controlled Congress exercising its constitutional Article I, Section 7, Clause 2 power to override presidential vetoes to do so.

This is disgusting! Some LEGAL Americans people live on $24,000 per year or LESS and they could use that type of money. If we have to pay out that type of dough, I’d rather see it go to legal citizens.
Exactly. The illegal immigrants may have paid modest amounts of sales tax on purchases of consumer goods.
Probably not compared to the benefits they received.

According to IRS you don’t get EITC unless you worked and had an income.

We are suckers on FreeRepublic, we are too moral, we should be joining in to take our fair share of our tax dollars back.
