Were there not enough legit players who reside within the
proper boundaries? How about the kids who were left off
the team because their skills did not quite measure up to
those of the ringers? What say you, Rev Jackson?
I guess they just ran out of kids in the inner city, so they had to expand the boundaries a little, until they could find some more.
By the way...
There were no white kids, or Asians, or Hispanics, or SE Asian kids that lived in those areas either. (just black kids)
