Egypt needs to invade (with French and Russian Help) and establish order and drive out the IS people. It can be part of “Greater Egypt” (Cleopatra owned Libya once). The Egyptians could use the oil revenue-—The french could use bases to move on IS in centeral Africa. Russia ould use Tubrok as a Naval station. Win—win for everyone.
