This is one I remember well, Maestro! In March 1983 I was out in Portland for a convention of insurance regulators - the notorious NAIC. This tune was all over the place then.
I took the Maryland Insurance Commissioner and his wife to dinner at Montmartre - an excellent répas with an exquisite bottle of Chateau Talbot.
