ISIS fighters seized most of Ramadi – where 300 US Marines are stationed training Iraqi Forces.
Al-Asad base is near the city – where 300 Marines are stationed.
The US Marines at Al-Asad airbase has been under frequent attack since January.
But today ISIS seized large swaths of the city.

You are correct.
Looks like they are going to suffer monstrous losses this time around.
It would be a good idea to beef up troop levels at this base though, the ragheads want to overrun it for propaganda purposes, and probably won’t stop trying.

If your scenario comes to pass, then it is misfeasance from the highest levels. When the troops are sent in, they should have the Potomac on their flank.
That photo is unconfirmed....as is the attack they’re pushing...wait and see...what I’ve heard is too much US air collitions support for them to attempt the base.
Update: Watching local San Diego station KUSI - they are reporting at 10:08 pm PST: There was an attempt to break into the base - but it was a failure.

Let’s continue to pray in agreement over the following scripture: Isaiah 54:17 - “No weapon formed against you shall prosper.” We need to thank the Lord that He has provided His Word to protect us.
(And .. just as an aside .. the fact people couldn’t contact the base might have been on purpose; to keep ISIS from being able to know who they might be talking to.)
