yes ... but it is even worse. They want world communism not on the existing industrialized model (which is bad enough) but rather on a pre-industrialized model we had hundreds of years ago. They will also need to significantly reduce population levels to get what they want. Enablement of the spread of ebola type diseases would certainly be one way. The time machine movie comes to mind.
