The fact that a 2/3 majority of both houses of congress is required to impeach O’bastard is the reason he gets away with it.
There is no way to get 67 senators to vote to impeach him, so it is pointless to waste time on it. Unless we can get the courts to stop him he will continue doing what he wants.

There’s a way to get 67 senators to impeach him. You do it by playing hard ball. Threaten to expose the dirt on them even though you’ll go down with the ship. That won’t happen because the republicans don’t want to go down with the ship. They want to be on the only lifeboat with the democrats.
