Those fickle courts. All the right-to-die advocates are cheering now, but when morality is legislated by judicial fiat, it only takes a more sympathetic court to change it back. It happened once, it can happen again.

This also affects the insurance companies. If this is a medically sound practice, they will have to pay out on life insurance policies for death by suicide.
