Or, put another way, if Rick Perry, with all the credit he’s given for keeping Texas RED and growing, if TX had voted Obama in 08 AND 12, would that prove his Party organizational skills, as we’re supposed to believe Walker has organized Wisconsin?

WHO actually *did* organize Wisconsin for Walker?

You do realize that Walker loves Paul Ryan’s budget right?

Well when he is President, he will do his own budget. That is what he does in Wisconsin. He doesn’t have a subordinate do his work. Paul Ryan is too big for his britches. He needs to stand down and leave the budget to the big boys.

The more I read around.. and research.. I’m starting to think Walker is a GOPe Manchurian Candidate, as zero was for the Left. Walker isn’t enraged about the State of the Union, or anything, for that matter.

He’s not into repeal, rollback, rescind... he’s just about his New Day, presiding over this smoking rubble that was the Constitutional Rule of the USA.

He’s not self-driven to preserve our Nation.. he was recruited to preserve the Status Quo.

Walker’s presently high numbers in Iowa reflect his having delivered a good speech. Likely they’ll decline, as he dwells little on the issues that most animate caucuses in that state: evangelical Christian generally and pro-life specifically on the Republican side (Pat Robertson finished second in 1988; Huckabee and Santorum won in 2008 and 2012, respectively), besides nearby farm state appeal (which helped boost Bob Dole to Iowa caucus victories in 1988 and 1996).

Like clockwork, ABC and the other mainstream news sources take who they perceive to be the leading GOP candidate and start creating divisions within the GOP by ascribing positions to them on issues the MSM perceives to be controversial within the GOP. So now that the press has noticed that Walker, the evil union buster, has gained some steam, we get the articles about how he’s pro-amnesty and wants to send troops into the Middle East morass. Their goal is to get conservatives to write them off. It happens every 4 years. Ignore them.

Boots on the ground in Syria?

Supporting whom?

The moderate Al-Qaeda faction?

Hezbollah?

This is Kirk to Transporter Room.

Please beam “Scottie” Walker to a new political party!

Cruz is the only one I can support, and even he fell for the Nelson Mandela myth.

Because I think she has zero chance.

The Republican establishment will make her ‘wait her turn’. I think the sauce has been cooked and that Jeb or Rick will be deemed the anointed one this go round.

I also don’t see IND or crossover Dems attracted to Joni’s style of politics.

Just my two cents. Not saying you’re wrong to want what you want. I just don’t personally think that Joni has had enough exposure to the masses that would support her w/ the $$$ or votes that are going to be needed.

Just my opinion, but she would win the Conservative vote in the general elections, and being a woman might help with the independent voters.

She could win the general elections, but can she win the primaries? Remember how well Bachmann was doing before she scuttled her own campaign with her constant gaffes? I don't see that as being a problem with Ernst.

And unless the GOPe throws out the primary results and nominated their choice, they won't have much of a say if she wins the primaries.

Besides, we could sure use someone in the White House with military experience right about now.
