Has that ever been enforceable?
Even before the homos started pushing on traditional Americans, you couldn’t refuse service based on race, religion, etc.
“Has that ever been enforceable?”
Depends on whether or not the local county sheriff actually believes in the Constitution.
Islam isn’t a religion, it’s a Theocracy. Islam is as religious as the KKK and Black Panthers.
Outside of hospitals, I haven’t heard of laws against refusing of service.
Now in Obamaland though, I know it’s becoming trendy to make refusing service illegal. (See Gay Wedding cakes)
I’m curious - since alcoholism is now considered a disability, can liquor stores and bars refuse service? Or would that be discrimination against the handicapped?
