In the five months since Jan Morgan banned Muslims from her gun range in Hot Springs, Ark., business has boomed and predictions of a lawsuit brought by federal civil rights enforcers have so far proved inaccurate.
Morgan, who claims keeping Muslims out of her Gun Cave Indoor Firing Range is a matter of public safety and not a constitutional issue, says she made the decision in September after two customers she deemed suspicious visited. She said their furtive behavior and cellphone ringtones of Allahu Akhbar prompted her to revise her ranges policies.
We are dealing in lethal firearms, Morgan told FoxNews.com. Im not going to let a Nazi shoot in here, or a Ku Klux Klan member in here, either.

The first amendment protects the right to peacefully assemble. That includes the assembly for the purpose of business. Also incorporated in that protection is the right to NOT assemble. Just as you can not be forced to attend or support a (union, church, association, etc) against your will, you can not be forced to do business with someone you do not want to.
Many anti-discrimination laws are clear violations of the first amendment.
We allowed that right to be taken with the civil rights act of '64. Add it to the long list of unconstitutional things in which the Fedgov engages.
Hot Springs Annual Infidel Pork Barbeque to be held at local range.
CAIR and the ACLU are already on it. I support her. But she is no dummy either.
Normally I’d agree with her put apparently she’s kicking Hindus out as well, probably just a racist.
That was debunked. The complainant was an ACLU staffer, and Morgan quickly released photos of Hindu families at the range.
Friday ping.
Well good then

I’ve been around a few goats in my life time but I’ve
never picked one up and smelled the back end.
Just how does it smell?
Islam isn’t a religion, it’s a Theocracy. Islam is as religious as the KKK and Black Panthers.
Outside of hospitals, I haven’t heard of laws against refusing of service.
Now in Obamaland though, I know it’s becoming trendy to make refusing service illegal. (See Gay Wedding cakes)
I’m curious - since alcoholism is now considered a disability, can liquor stores and bars refuse service? Or would that be discrimination against the handicapped?
