He was a supply sider. He tried to create “empowerment zones” in the inner city, give them tax breaks and have public investment in them. It was a good idea that never happened.

That was why Discovery moved from Bethesda to Silver Spring Discovery negotiated millions in tax breaks...millions more than was made bynthe oil companies that year, when Hitlery said she wanted to take their money. She never accused Discovery of anything, because she was friends with the head guy.

That reminds me of some movie I saw as a kid, that was supposed to be a doomsday scary movie where frogs invaded. Mom was a little scared, when I asked, “Mom, why don’t they just catch them and fry up frog legs?”
She couldn’t stop laughing.
