The totality of the circumstances might disagree with you. Look at the accusers. A drug-addled hooker with nothing to lose who saw dollar signs versus a college student from a good family with everything to lose.

To my shame, I was initially on the other side of the Duke case. Probably due to my bias against frats. Those posts were not on this site, but another. However, I did correct myself once the facts started coming out. Nifong getting disbarred was a good thing. 3) Most likely, they are just biased against FSU and for their alma-mater.
4) Alternatively, they are undercover feminist/democrats trying to 'win over the site' on an issue by employing specific methods of group control.
(ie. What Rush calls 'seminar callers'... You know, the ones that typically start off with "I am a life long Republican, but..."
