A Swedish reporter who walked around the southern Swedish city of Malmo while wearing a kippah to test attitudes toward Jews was hit once and cursed at by passersby before he fled for fear of serious violence. Sveriges Television on Wednesday aired secretly recorded footage from Petter Ljunggren’s walk through Malmo, which documented some of the incidents that occurred within the space a few hours.
In one scene, Ljunggren — who, in addition to wearing a kippah was also wearing Star of David pendant — was filmed sitting at a café in central Malmo reading a newspaper, as several passersby hurled anti-Semitic insults at him. Elsewhere, one person hit his arm, the reporter said on camera, though this was not recorded. One of the people who cursed Ljunggren called him a “Jewish devil,” “Jewish shit” and another told him to “get out.”

I’m not sure what to make of this. Certainly I don’t doubt that there is a Eurabia and that either European anti-Semites or the followers of Mahound would be happy to conduct a physical attack against a random Jew (or non-Muslim) found in the wrong place at the wrong time (i.e., at a disadvantage and alone).
That said, I’m somewhat skeptical about the guy pictured above asserting that the bruising to his eye came about because he posed as a Jew and walked along the public thoroughfare. Besides appearing as a sturdy-looking fellow in general, did anyone notice his ears, both of which are cauliflowered?
He’s a boxer, in short...if it’s found he’s making up a story, it’s certainly not going to help the cause of those who oppose the existence of so-called “no-go zones”.
Muslims can’t commit hate crimes in Europe (especially against Jews) any more than blacks can commit hate crimes against whites in the US.
It’s all so Orwellian.
Having visited friends in Malmo back in 1975, I don’t think that this was perpetrated by blonds named Bingston. Funny that the article does not mention shades of brown.

While origin of the Croissant is in dispute, my favorite tale is that bakers in Vienna cellars heard the Turks tunneling efforts and stopped them. They made the pastry in a crescent shape to celebrate the victory.
There is even a constellation named after Sobieski. The only one I know of named after an actual person.

Yea, what I like to do is publicly throw back their own attitudes. In this case they tell us that we should not “offend” others...well I tell them that this guy is offending the locals. Now, as you say, the serious leftists will agree (the Muzzies don’t count here), but lots of others, those that are reasonable people, are forced to give some thought as to whether they’ve been played by the left.
It’s kind of what the NRA has done when they’ve had their backs against the wall. Twice they’ve come out fighting...way, way, beyond what anyone ever thought they’d do. The first case was in March of 2000, after Columbine, when they said that President Clinton actually needs killings to further his gun control agenda (they then proved their case). The second time was after the Sandy Hook shootings, when the NRA called for armed guards at schools, rather than cowering in fear, thinking that ONLY magazine limits and background checks on private sales would be a ‘victory’, of sorts. The idea is to hit back hard.
