Jeff Greene is a billionaire who made most of his fortune shorting subprime mortgages ahead of the last recession. Greene took a private jet to this year's World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland, along with his wife, children and two nannies, and then told Bloomberg that "America's lifestyle expectations are far too high and need to be adjusted so we have less things and a smaller, better existence. We need to reinvent our whole system of life."

Green owns a $195-million palace in Beverly Hills with 23 bathrooms and a rotating dance floor, two other Los Angeles mansions, a mansion in Palm Beach, a mansion in the Hamptons, and a 145-foot party yacht called Summerwind that once severely damaged a protected coral reef off Belize. Here's a look:

Grundel was the name of the green dragon in Adventure.

But, he is a blog pimper.

Taint was the term I was familiar with.

As tet68 pointed out, they employ a lot of folks to build, maintain and desecrate their property.

Tax write-off?

:)

Leftists either want us to be impoverished or else their bad policies just happen to accomplish impoverishing us. Like these last six years. There will always be more $-successful people than us. The real Republican policies keep opportunity alive so that we have a chance to join them if we wish. The D’s close off those opportunities ( and depress the economy generally) in their quests for higher and higher taxes , more and more and more regulations that erect barriers to advancement and economic success, and of course the peculiar anti-jobs anti-business attitude of the strange mob of “D’s” running the current party apparatus

Well they usually aboud food riots with more and more good stamps. Plus using our local public schools as soup lines ( now going to around the clock dispensing, 3,meals a day!) No actual riots ( unless you count the kids throwing michells’s healthy krap into the dumpster). It does reduce millions of Americans to utter dependence on the politicians.

So what happens when nobody is growing food any more because there is no money in it? That is what is happening in places like Venezuela.

Decorate/Desecrate

It’s sort of a Norm Crosby malaprop.
But it’s a very accurate one.

Well then yes I guess they create food riots. I wasn’t thinking of Venezuela. Same or similar policies tho. Yes.

Aboud — avoid. Good — food. Spellchecker from leftist ripoff krapitalistic fruit company with exploitive slave labor camps in Asia -— bad.

Now did I say anything about the OP on this thread?

I guess it was just a natural inference on your part from the words "obscene" and "pimp."

And "taint" is so ... tacky.
We prefer to think of him as "The Gooch."

I mean it’s not like he got it by being a blog pimp with an obscene screen name.

The meaning of 'grundle' has been covered in earlier threads.

Perhaps grundle should commiserate with a certain former Pennsylvania senator.

Maybe he was going for “bowels.”

(Which reminds me of a joke about an Indian, Ex-Lax and a full tee-pee.)

‘Maybe he was going for - - - ‘

Think it was in the 1950’s - maybe ‘60’s, when I heard it as ‘an Indian who drank too much tea - - ‘
