Starting Saturday at 10 a.m. ET, the Iowa Freedom Summit will be livestreamed in its entirety.

Speakers include: Sens. Ted Cruz (R-TX) and Mike Lee (R-UT), former Gov. Mike Huckabee (R-AR), former Sen. Rick Santorum (R-PA), Reps. Marsha Blackburn (R-TN) and Steve King (R-IA), real estate mogul Donald Trump, former Johns Hopkins neurosurgeon Dr. Ben Carson, former U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations John Bolton and former Hewlett-Packard CEO Carly Fiorina and many others.

I had no trouble following Sarah Palin’s intimate, folksy “talk,” and I enjoyed every minute. I have no idea whether she plans to run or not, but I suspect she plans to support Ted Cruz or make certain that the most conservative governor gets the nomination, given that she went out full throttle against RINOS today, even mentioning the Independent elected in Alaska, whom she supported.

I’ve been watching the feed that has the tweet comments quoting the participants like we do on live threads.... Cruz and Palin got by far the most comments. Cruz’ were at least twice what Walker got, and way more applause.

Do they hold a straw vote after these things?

Crowd shots would indicate a significant drop-off in attendance as Christ-ie and (soon) Chucklebee take the stage. Considering it was a 1200 seat auditorium with another 1200 turned away, the lack of stay-with-it attendance says a lot about who drew the crowd.

She's a FRiend of Jim's and several of us have met her. Plus she's one of our best TEA Party conservatives, (if not thee best).
