Another generation without a moral compass...
Make the kids spit shine the toilets....with their tongues.
Why they should be dealt with harshly.
Face whatever criminal charges may result, pay restitution, expelled from school. None of this mom and dad pay for the damage and going right back to the same behavior.
Should be easy to find out who is personally responsible... who booked the rooms, and whose credit card was used to do it?
We they wearing the t-shirt that reads: I’m Glad I Are A College Student.
That person is the one who will file the liability insurance claim
7 years of college down the drain.
Gentleman!!!
Do you suppose the media lionizing the Ferguson-related looters had anything to do with their choice to trash the hotel? Did the think that they, too, would get away with it?
><><>><><>><<
Nope, just drunken idiots.
Why not? This is EXACTLY what we teach now as our official American ideology. Anything you want to do is OK so long as it makes you feel good. And any so-called "consequences" are just racist, sexist, homophobic, patriarchal oppression.
I really cannot get my brain around the notion that vandalism can seem enjoyable to a normal human.
You are correct in asking why the parents have not instilled values. This was a parental duty that society could count on for generations in America. Something went awry, however, around the 1970s. Lazy, self-absorbed parents have produced these little maggots.
This was really brought home to me when I made a career change in the 1990s that required my going back to college to pick up a few undergraduate courses. My classes were taken during the day with a cohort in the conventional college age group.
When I first earned a bachelor’s degree in the the 1960s, vandalism was not unheard of, but it was rare. Most of us students looked down on people who behaved that way, and we treated the school environment with proper regard. Instructors were shown respect and the physical surroundings were left tidy. You pushed in your chair, you left no trash behind, and you knew better than to bring food or drink into the instructional space.
My return to the same institution some 30 years later left me astounded each time I entered a classroom, a lab, or a lecture hall. Graffiti, discarded food wrappers, and deliberate destruction of equipment were evident on a regular basis. Mind boggling.
These are the slobs that have been unleashed upon us. Lazy, irresponsible parents have produced these Obama voters.
We have to remember, these are our future leaders. Actually, they were conducting a class of the “destruction of America” designed and authored by odumbo himself.
You don’t happen to own a white horse, do you?
A perfect opportunity for the judge to assign them to “community service” cleaning and repairing all the damage. Then, make them pay for all the materials and related costs, not to mention expelling them from college.
I would NEVER allow another event like that to happen in my establishment without having the renters pay for a huge insurance policy prior to any occupancy.
Exactly, did the manager not call the cops because he wanted to remodel the place or what? Who in their right mind welcomes six fraternities on the same weekend? Who welcomes one fraternity?
My thoughts ran more along the lines of “Fort Benning or jail”. We don’t do that anymore although in the past it benefited any number of young punks (James Garner, R. Lee Ermey, Lee Marvin & Steve McQueen among the more well known) forcing them into manhood.
So, if college students make up the “best and the brightest” of the upcoming generation that will run the world, we are so scr*wed!
Yep. That’s perfect.
Well, no, cherry. Nor have I ever seen anyone here make such a claim.
But it IS a fact that accusations of fraternity rape are not always true, and are found to be made by someone with a racial/classist/feminist agenda.
We've seen it proved.
