Upon close examination of said sign, I do not believe that Sarah wrote the sign.

examine the left side of the sign and THERE, yes there is what Sarah wrote and copied. She even signed her name!

Another close examination of the photo:

Sarah is not holding the sign nor touching it. The guy behind her is holding the sign with Sarah "trapped" between his arms.

Sarah's right hand is making a hand sign, while in her left hand she is holding an open book & pen. Sarah was busy autographing books and she autographed the sign. Yeah!
