REHOVOT, Israel An Israeli barber has fashioned what he calls magic yarmulkes out of hair, designed to allow religious Jews to cover their heads without attracting unwanted attention from anti-Semites.
Shalom Koresh said his skullcap, known as a yarmulke in Yiddish and a kippa in Hebrew, was inspired by rising anti-Semitism in Europe and elsewhere. He said he has seen particular interest from buyers in France and Belgium.
This skullcap is washable, you can brush it, you can dye it, Koresh said in his salon in central Israel. It was created so people could feel comfortable going to places where they are afraid to go, or places where they cant wear it, and feel secure.
France has seen a spike in anti-Semitic attacks in recent years. The killing of four French Jews in a hostage standoff at a Paris kosher market earlier this month has deepened fears among European Jews.

Wow.
Jewish men can also wear fedora hats as the Chabad Hassidim do.
If youd like to be on or off, please FR mail me.

NUKE MECCA NOW!
What a darn joke. Do they believe that crap? They are doomed.
Some Muslims claimed some “magic Jews” were shapeshifters who committed the Paris atrocities.
Wear fedoras? So did the great comic book and TV detectives of the 30’s through early 60’s.
Perdonally I think fedoras look great.
The link seems to have nothing to do with the excerpt.
(Maybe I just missed it, but if so, it is well buried.)
Corny, it’s camouflage for an item their religious beliefs deem essential (but which can also make a religious Jew easy to spot in hostile environments). No more dooming than for a country boy to wear camos.

In English it's known as a 'wig' . . .
Magic is kind of a misleading term to those unfamiliar with the context. It’s being used in the Madison Avenue, hype-ish sense of an unusual property of a normal item. E.g. a magic carpet (it won’t fly but you can clean stains from it with a mop). So this skullcap will disappear on your head.
Thank you.
It’s a skullcap made as a wig
So I guessing yellow stars that say “Juden” are not selling well.
And how would he cover up the Tzi Tzim?
They need to get with the Mormons and find out what kind of material they use in their magic underwear.
subcontracted to Fruit of the Loom?
