IANAL, but from what I've seen of scores of hours of time in depositions and courtroom situations is that presumed testimony from third-parties claiming to represent what other people were thinking or "wanting" get objected to immediately and are those objections are as a matter of course sustained by the judge. Such testimony is not allowed.
I trust poor performance review information for those let go will come out in court.

It also reminds me of the transcripts from when the FBI agents questioned the Ferguson "witnesses." Their stories fell apart within minutes, sometimes seconds.
The best response went like this:
FBI Agent: So, you are admitting you lied in your previous testimony?
Witness: Umm, yea. I had to change my story so it backed up them facts that a white cop murdered an unarmed teenager.
I doubt any of them could. Whites have suffered much greater government sanctioned and court applied "legal" discrimination in the last 35-40 years than any black person now still in the job market. It's true, and everyone knows it.

I suspect the ones that were let go were for “attitude” and work ethic issues. I do on occasion visit the big M and the one in particular has whites, blacks, and Hispanics working at the restaurant. It’s in an affluent area. However, there are some with great attitudes, big smiles, courteous and then there are the ones who don’t say anything to you as they take your money, shove the food thru the drive thru window. I don’t care what color or background you come from, be courteous, be professional.
I will not go to one if it’s owned by a ME type. That eliminates a lot of locations.
In Texas we can eat at Whataburger locations that are still owned by the family.
Well, I do love going to the Waffle house now and again at 3AM, so that rule I have isn’t absolute.
Just doing a comparison, the last time I went to the local Pizza Hut a few years ago, the waitress looked like she had just crawled out of a ditch, shot up some drugs, and went to work. Was a HORRIBLE dining experience. Her service sucked, as did the food. I assume the ‘cooks’ were about the same as her. There’s a big difference between a ‘cook’ and a chef. A Chef actually knows what they’re doing. Cooks just follow directions - often times done with pictures on a wall.
I go to a Ruth’s Chris, and the wait staff is absolutely great, as is the food. The waitresses are well spoken, have a full set of teeth, and at least ACT like they give a damn about whether you’re visit is a good one....
Does that make me a “snob”? ....Really? lol
McDonalds is hurting because the millenials hate it.
Chick Fil A is good but I must be sensitive to something in a lot of fast food. Even the most modest portions sometimes makes me either sleepy, gives me headaches or a combination.
Sonic is another.
Smashburger, Jimmy Johns and a few others do ok.
When I am paying 45 for a steak ala carte, the wait staff had better be good.
I live on the outskirts of Houston. A few miles from me are some new retail establishments. Sitting in a row is a McDonald’s, a Whataburger, a Chic-fil-A and a Taco Bell. I went into the McDonald’s the other day just to get a coke. I was the only white person in there including the workers. The other three have about what the percentage of blacks in the area is.
I stopped going to Panera’s when my step daughter and her husband were hired to bake at night. They’re both pigs and not allowed in my home. I sure as hell wasn’t going to eat anything they cooked. And I figure if they’d hire those two, they’ll hire anybody.
My wife’s sister does nothing but sit on her butt all day and watch TV and play on the internet. My wife asked her what percentage of gays there are and she said 25%.
