LAS VEGAS — Former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin declined to speculate on a potential 2016 run Thursday at the 2015 SHOT Show in Las Vegas, but she did offer the GOP some free political advice. We caught up with Palin as she was promoting the second season of her show, “Amazing America,” which airs on the Sportsman Channel Thursdays at 9 p.m. ET.
“I’m not going to talk politics except to say the GOP had better go on offense. Man, they are not going to win any game on defense,” she told TheBlaze. “Being in the majority there in D.C. — we’re blowing it if we just bend our back.”
She added, “That GOP leadership, that establishment, they’ve got to get their stuff together. I love what they believe in, I believe in it too. But they’ve got to get tough, man. You know what? It’s not just the New England Patriots who are dealing with deflated balls right now.”
The discussion then shifted to “Amazing America,” which she said has received an extremely positive response from American viewers. Next week’s Jan. 29 episode has been dubbed the “Ted Nugent Special” as she visits the rock star’s massive Texas ranch.
The former Alaska governor said the show is really about connecting with the beauty of the outdoors. And she’s not letting the outrage mobs that get angry over hunting affect her in the slightest.
“Wherever you go in America, there is beauty, there are resources, there are wonderful people out there living life vibrantly — and we can all kind of unify around that, being inspired by what the great outdoors has to offer,” she said. “And our show highlights [that].”
While in Vegas for the SHOT Show, Palin said she will also feed the homeless Thursday night with “organic” and “healthy” wild game.
None of them would have beaten him one on one either, especially the 2nd place finisher that most everyone here was for.
He needed a top tier opponent, he was reelected the moment the filing deadline passed.
Cochran and Alexander were the only ones that faced decent opponents.

As a K-State graduate, allow me to disagree. Kansas gets flatter as you go west, but I thought the Manhattan area all the way east to the border was identical to Missouri, rolling, lots of trees, sunshine, and decent weather.
She’s evil? Really?
There is an art to the business of needling your opponent to make a point. Mrs. Palin understands how to do that with finesse. I like her style.

Manhattan, highway 177 north off I-70. The Flint Hills and tall grass prairie. Lots of limestone, cedar trees.
It is very different from western Kansas. West, about Abilene or Salina, I-70 gets flat and straight all the way to Colorado and the foothills.

You gotta remember, most republican voters are NOT political junkies like me. They do not log on to FR in droves to get their info. They get their info from MSM mostly. Like it or not, that is the reality. There are 50 or 60 million voters who have voted republican. How many log on to FR?
When I ask anyone who disparages Sarah Palin, “what exactly makes you think she is an airhead”, they never have a good answer.
Funny interview, but for our purposes I think it rather obvious that she’s enjoying her gig in TV. She hasn’t said or implied that she plans to do anything all that political such as run for office or organize a political faction or anything else. I can’t blame her in the least: I wouldn’t want the job. But that also puts her in the same line of work as Rush Limbaugh: political entertainer. We have plenty of those right now.

She wasn’t, end of story. While I don’t agree with a relationship such as that the law is very clear on the age of emancipation from state to state. As far as the other outlandish story well him bullchitting a dope mag about his condition wouldn’t surprise me. He’s always been an attention getter whether good or bad. You have a choice of believing what hasn’t been proven and which he denies or believe what you want and just keep spouting of. Don’t know if it matters or not but I was in the Army from 69-72, spent 11 months in the A Shau with the 101st. I hold no ill will towards the man and I was a volunteer.
I met Ted several years ago at a Veterans hunt that myself and several other old Vietnam Vet’s hold every year. Spent a couple of days hunting and two nights sitting around the campfire with him. I never asked him about his past because it simply didn’t matter I judge a Man for who he is now. I like him and so did the young Vet’s we brought in to hunt.
