Egypt; Arab Spring initially hailed as progress, the power vacuum brought in the muslim brotherhood (welcomed by 0bama), now controlled by a western educated military leader and is seemingly stable?

Speaking of non-Brits who attended Sandhurst, there are some ME countries on this list, which is probably not 100% complete...

Interesting list. The M.E. would have probably been a more tolerable region today if the world had not tried to modernize it. The Pearls and Swine thing. No need giving them what they would not appreciate. The last six years things have really come unraveled.

Our number one mistake was when Ford, Carter and even Reagan signed EO's forbidding covert assassinations of foreign so called heads of state which began the road to state sponsored terrorism. The number of terrorist acts rose substantially afterward. Our Constitution allows for it but telling the world Go Ahead we won't kill you was a huge mistake.
