"Police documents say..." I wouldn't put too much stock in that piece of toilet paper. Cops will lie on the stand (committing a Felony in the process) just to convict you of a traffic ticket.
They all end up with the disease.

Yes it is. Running from the police is probable cause for arrest and if you go on trial it won’t sound good to the jury. The prosecutor will bring it up at every possible opportunity.
