Doesn't matter.
Remember what Alinsky said about making your opposition play by their own rules. A charge of discrimination has been filed, and an investigation for discrimination must occur (indeed, the article states that it has already been initiated)
So, both the state and this bakery now have to invest time and resources into dealing with the investigation. Even a cursory one that results in a negative ruling is going to have respectable costs.
And if more, many more, of these discrimination complaints are filed, it WILL overwhelm the system.
That's how Alinsky said to do it. That's how the other side does it ...

I don’t know. Is the judge who murdered Terri Schiavo still on the bench?

He wont get the time of day from a judge. Likely not as while a bakery refusing to create a cake saying the almighty loves sodomites would be a case, liberal bias excludes that in this case.
And while it is comparable to the Masterpiece case, for that was a request for a special creation that in art and purpose was to honor what was repulsive to the owner - and an artist should not have to create anything a customer wants - yet libs will argue this was a prank and the artwork was of a decidedly provocative nature and purpose. As if the former case was not meant to be, but then again, liberal bias is made up by conservatives.
