Maybe, perhaps as an afterthought the Pope might want to mention Christian persecution, millions dead by abortion, acceptance of perversion, fighting Islamic jihad, etc. I’m glad I stopped going to church decades ago.
If you care about Christian things for the sake of Christ, then it will make sense to affiliate with some church even if it isn’t perfect (and if it was perfect, it would cease to be so once you joined)
