Pennsylvania’s Constitution is even stronger than the Second Amendment regarding the right to bear arms:
“The right of the citizens to bear arms in defense of themselves and the State shall not be questioned”
No purpose, no qualification, just the right.
Hope these cities are sued until the bleed. It should come directly from the pockets of the “officials” enacting the Unconstitutional laws. THEN it would stop.
