Protesters React To Negative Backlash Following I-93 Sit-In
CBS ^

Video at link. It's worth watching. These morons can inconvenience 1000's, maybe even costing lives, but THEY feel harassed when the news comes to visit them.

Good job, morons. With PR like this, you are minting new conservatives every day.

I noticed the hippie refused to say anything about how he made his living. LOL!

I absolutely loved that idea!

Although you have to know, mommy and daddy would have sued every city department involved for the mistreatment of their little darlings.

Apparently papa is proud of his offspring:

In Jamaica Plain, the father of one of the protesters, 28-year-old Noah McKenna, described his son as someone who has a strong sense of social justice and is trying to do the right thing.

“I want him to be safe. I want him to not hurt people, and to be peaceful,” Tim McKenna said from the front door of his home. “I support him.”

Tim McKenna said he did not know much about the protest. His son grew up in an activist neighborhood in Jamaica Plain, he said. Noah McKenna declined to speak to a reporter.

In the statement, provided to the Globe by protesters who were arrested, the group described themselves as “a non-black group of Pan-Asians, Latinos, and white people, some of whom are queer and transgender.”

“We hold ourselves accountable, as non-black people, to turn up and disrupt business as usual,” they wrote. “Today, our nonviolent direct action is a manifestation of our long-term commitment to confronting our nation’s racist power structure.”

Mom & Dad must be commies to enable their loser children like that.

I heard on WRKO's Jeff Kuhner show that little 28-year-old Noah is a red diaper baby. Surprise!

That's a good idea.

It doesn't take much courage to chain yourself to a concrete barrier and block traffic on an interstate highway when you know that: (1) motorists are going to stop, and (2) someone is going to come and remove you unharmed from your self-imposed predicament.

At least Rastafarian-looking dude came out in the cold (wearing shorts, LOL) to talk to the reporter. Unfortunately, he pretty much confirmed the suspicion that any objective observer would have about who and what these people are: he's a 28 year-old guy who lives in his father's house, refuses to describe what he does for a living (or if he's a student), and probably couldn't be gainfully employed outside some useless industry like academia or entertainment.

Please do not get the impression that ANY black person was supportive of this. All that were chained on the freeway were non-black. In fact, I must give credit to the local media for going out of their way to interview black people who were inconvenienced by this act (which should be considered a felony).

This action easily affected at least 100,000 people that morning, according to folks from downtown to Logan airport. Ambulances had to make detours with life-threatening patients, folks missed return flights, late for daycare drop offs and pick ups, etc. In fact, I hear one black man call a local talk show complaining that he missed a job interview, but got it re-scheduled because (wait for it) The interviewer was delayed due to the same incident.

People around here are STILL livid over this - across party and racial lines.

I guess I’m writing this to make it clear to all freepers that this act was not done by black people (and doubtful if it was really done for them, either). If you watch the video of where the Boston media was going to interview these losers, ALL were uppper-middle to high class homes in places where you don’t find to many black folks.

I say only this: the next time this stunt happens anywhere in the US, I strongly suggest the local police simply refuse to show up. Then let’s see what happens.

^^^ This ^^^

If I was a mole in the liberal movement, and wanted to harm them in the court of public opinion as horrifically as possible, I would suggest just this course of action.

"Guys! I have the BESTEST idea EVAH!"

This might be one of the funniest things I've read in months:

If you put Noah McKenna in a cage in Franklin Park Zoo I could stare at him all day and never get bored. He is that amazing.

"Excuse me. I have to go to the hospital. Can you please get out of my way?"..., squealed one of these cretins. The irony of that single statement is just too overwhelming for words.

A little self-indulgent, aren't you Gladys?

“wait outside the house and wait for the parents to go to work. That’s when you ring the doorbell.” also useful information for process serving!!!!

Here is a video of Noah Mckenna from his Occupy Boston days when he had an afro instead of the dreadlocks.

maybe someone might go and let the air out of their tires

You mean let the air out of their "Parents" tires. Obviously most don't have a job
and clearly by the report, they live with their parents.

And some live in very nice homes. Privileged homes according to their 1%er standards
flaunted by their Communist beliefs.

Now maybe, that resisting arrest charge can be augmented by a few years in Prison.
Then they can protest all they want and get their ass' kicked for being stupid.

28 years old, good lord. This loser doesn’t understand the impact of blocking people on their way to work because, when he wakes up, the sun is already half way across the sky.
