I agree.
If the GOP can win in 2016 the EPA should receive special attention for downsizing.
This is also true for many of the FEDGOV regulatory agencies. Where there is overlap, all but one agency/department/directorate should be closed and the costs used to reduce the deficit.
No question I say abolish it at the national level and let the states do what they want.
