I think they are tired of the indecision on Keystone; Obama cares more about what Hollywood elites think of him than about the U.S.’s friendship with Canada.

And of course, the prime minister is from Alberta, so he’s probably fed up with Obama for many reasons and this is a big one.

We’ve had train derailments that polluted areas with oil (there was a huge one in Lac-Megantic, Quebec a couple of years ago). This project will be a safe way to transport oil and will provide jobs for people in both countries, and we’re already using pipelines!

If Obama does hold off the pipeline, it’s not as though Canada is just going to abandon the tarpits however “dirty”. The Chinese are licking their chops and ecstatic we could be so ignorant.
