I remember back in 1988 when Bush and Dole were supposed to destroy each other so that we could get a more conservative nominee.
Then in 2008 Mittens and McCain were supposed to destroy each other so we could get a more conservative nominee.
Our only chance is to all agree on a conservative candidate early in the primaries.
Neither Willard or Krispy will be the conservative nominee.
If the GOPe demands it, then say hello to Hillary.
I just cannot understand why anyone would think that Mittens would be any better of a candidate in 2016 than he was in 2012.
Sure there are voters out there that voted for Obamanation and now wish that they had not. But buyer’s remorse does not win elections.

Romney doesn’t believe that Jebbie Bush is capable of winning the nomination.
Romney wants to jump in the race because he believes that he, Romney, is the only one capable of stopping Ted Cruz.

Jeb’s people are trying to stop Romney from running.
Sounds to me like the GOP Establishment is divided.
Let ‘em fight it out.
We can get a governor like, oh, say.....SCOTT WALKER to beat ‘em both.
Then he can kick Hillary around the block for drill.

I would definitely consider Gov. Martinez. From what I hear she’s doing good work down there.

That is why I like Cruz - Martinez. A female Hispanic on the ticket. It would make the liberal heads explode.
And Cruz is tough as nails, smart and articulate. He gets the constitution and conservatism. He can deliver the conservative message as well as Reagan. but admittedly, he doesn't have the Reagan charm and wit. Reagan really benefited from his acting days.
