My brother and I had to open and dump out an entire case of beer. We were not cited though. Don’t they know how hard it was to come up with a case of beer at that ripe young age? It was police brutality, I’m tellin ya.
What teenager didn’t at one point or another get beer when under age? Back in the 50s it was the thing to do.
I remember when a car load of my friends and I were stopped with a case of beer in the car-not one of us old enough by several years to have purchased said beer. We did not get a ticket-no our punishment was much worse! In front of said police officer, we had to open each and every bottle and dump it into the sewer! All of our scheming shot to hell!
